Each of our creations is the result of a tailoring process dedicated exclusively to you. Since the costume is made to your measurements and with your customizations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This choice, in addition to guaranteeing the hygiene and uniqueness of the item, complies with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) , which in Article 59, letter c , excludes the right of withdrawal for "the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized." We are, however, at your complete disposal during the ordering process to ensure every detail is perfect before creation.
